OS Shop

OS Shop was established in August 2016. Welcome to the shop!

The idea was born when I wanted to order an Ubuntu 16.04.1 CD. I noticed that the software company Canonical, which usually distributes Ubuntu, no longer has ShipIt – program where they deliver free installation CDs for everybody. I want to provide Linux Installation DVDs for all who need them for affordable price and with quick delivery. You can download and burn the ISOs by yourself, but it is much more convenient to order the DVD from here. OS Shop provides a service of burning installation ISOs to DVDs which are then sent to the customer. This is great for people who don’t have access to another computer, DVD burner or who don’t have Internet connection. The price listed for the DVDs are based on the cost of empty DVD media, labor of burning the DVD, sourcing the ISOs, printing the DVD paper sleeves and shipping costs.

Visit the shop to order your discs. Read FAQ before ordering.
